Processing time: 
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping destinations: 
We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Delivery times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2 business days
• Other EU countries: delivery times may vary depending on destination; please allow additional time for remote areas.

Shipping carriers: We ship via PostNL and DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Delays 
While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Rayhaan Perfumes EU is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
